Public hearings for facility “Hydroisodewaxing Complex”

PMP informs the concerned public about organization of public discussions using the remote communication tools via ZOOM Internet platform on the facility undergoing State Environmental Expertise - Project Documentation for Hydroisodewaxing Complex at the branch of Gazpromneft-Lubricants Ltd, OZSM, including preliminary environmental impact assessment materials.

Timing of public discussions:
04.03.2022 to 13.04.2022 inclusively in the form of public hearings. Please be informed that in accordance with Requirements to Environmental Impact Assessment Materials approved by Order No. 999 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation dated December 1, 2020 and upon approval of the Department of Public Safety of Omsk City Administration, public discussions of the facility undergoing State Environmental Expertise will be held from 04.03.2022 to 03.04.2022 inclusively in the form of public hearings.

Written comments, suggestions and remarks from the public will be accepted from 04.03.2022 to 13.04.2022 inclusively.
Public hearings will be held on March 24, 2022 at 15.00 (Omsk, Omsk region, GMT+6).

In accordance with the requirements of Annex 16 to Decree of Russian Federation Government No. 440 "On the extension of permits validity period and other specifics in relation to permitting activities in 2020 and 2021" dated April 3, 2020, public hearings will be held using remote communication tools: via the ZOOM Internet platform.
